Sunset Marina is the place where the Boathouse Bar and Grill is located. It was also where the Sea Fair event took place; where Elder Henry Chamberlain discovered the younger generation was practicing and Sally Matthews was healed from a near-death experience by Dawn Chamberlain, using a crystal. It was also the place where Nick Armstrong and Abaddon were drowned.
