It's sad that The Secret Circle ended but what's even sadder is the fact that the wiki has fallen into neglect. The end of the show doesn't have to mean the end of The Secret Circle Wiki! That is why I have decided to make it my duty to revive the wiki. But in order to do that, I would need admin tools, which I don't have access to. So would you please make me an admin of The Secret Circle Wiki? I know I haven't contributed much but that will all change if I am granted adminship. If you still don't think I'm ready to be an admin now, please reconsider another time.
Hello! Sorry for my inactivity, university can sometimes get me into "recluse" full-mode. Yes it is very sad that the wiki has lost its lively community; I remember when there were so many people editing we couldn't keep up with everything. But it was a long time ago now. Anyway, I am glad you have taken an interest in The Secret Circle Wiki; and I like that you are taking matters in your own hand to clean-up and complete things.
As Alaric replied to you a few days ago, you just need to go on editing like this and he (or I) will grant you adminship very soon. Thanks for your work here!
Hi, are you going to be active on this wikia?, cause I really don't have the time to be active here anymore due to my working over at w:c:Vampire Diaries, I'll pop in a few times a week but that's mainly it. The reason I'm asking this is because I don't know whats happening with the wikia, nobody's active really anymore, so what do you think?. Ant to be honest their is still a lot to do around here, like page updating and expanding stubbed articles, categorizing ect.
Hi! Well, I just come to it everyday to check if there's no big vandalism, so that potential contributors can feel the wiki is still serious about the content; but I can't really edit myself, due to lack of time with my college studies. I don't know if it will ever become crowded again, but maybe it will!
The only active user (and still, not really there all the time) is Teenwerewolf (or under what I suspect is another account of his), but most of the time it looks like vandalism or crappy changes... And I'm fed up with blocking him/her, so I mostly rollback when I feel it is necessary.
Hi, SCMF, had this talk with you on the post you posted on May 3rd. He said that he will not block the user perminantly and that's that, the user will not be perminantly blocked until one of us admins feel necessary to do so.
Blocking is used in necessary cases only. Normally I wouldn't block one user so quickly without giving him a warning, but as he is blocked on several other wikis and seems to be a regular vandal, I'll block him now.
Hey there! Have you heard of The Bone Season? It's a great new YA dystopian book series with some aspects along the same veins as The Secret Circle (but with a few key differences). You can get more information about the book here. The publisher is offering us some books to give to avid readers active on book wikis that would be interested and you came to mind!
It would be awesome to get a read on what you thought of the series and if we could get a great community going on wikis based on these books. The Bone Season is already getting optioned for a film even though it hasn't been published yet, so you would be getting your hands on one of the first copies! We'd love for you to read it, so if you email me your address and name, we'd be happy to send it along.
Hey! Wow! First of all, thank you, for having thought of me :D It's true it seems really interesting and I'd LOVE to read it. (And if there are some similarities with The Secret Circle, then it's even better!) So, of course I would like to be part of the "testing community" and why not of the future wiki if it becomes a fav'. However, I live in France, does that raise a problem for the sending? If it doesn't, then I'll email you my adress as soon as possible.
Once again, thank you, and thanks to the publisher as well!
